Terms of use

Last updated · July 2026

These terms govern your use of the zerus.ai website, operated by Zerus AI (“Zerus”, “we”) from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. By using the site you accept these terms.

What this site is

This site describes Zerus’s services and current work. It is informational only. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, professional advice (legal, financial, investment or otherwise), or a binding commitment. Engagements happen only under a signed project agreement, which prevails over anything on this site.

Project status and forward-looking statements

Case studies and partnership pages label the status of each system (for example “Live” or “In development”). Roadmaps, targets and future capabilities describe plans, not deployed systems, and may change or not materialize.

AI systems disclaimer

Zerus builds systems that use artificial intelligence. AI outputs are probabilistic: they can be incomplete, out of date or incorrect. Systems we deliver include human-oversight controls appropriate to their use, and AI output should not be relied on for legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice without qualified human review.

No guarantees

We define measurable targets in project agreements and report honestly against them. We do not guarantee revenue, cost savings, conversion rates or other business outcomes, which depend on factors outside our control, including your data, operations, market and adoption.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this site belong to Zerus or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission. Ownership and licensing of project deliverables are set out in each project agreement; clients always own their business data.

Third-party links

Links to third-party sites (including partner sites) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zerus is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always at this page with its date above. Questions: info@zerus.ai.
